Hummus

Incredients

  • 500g dries chickpeas
  • 1.2 liter water
  • 2tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 300g tahini
  • 2 lemons
  • sea salt

Directions

* put chickpeas in water for at least 12 hours

* cock with 1.2 liter water + bicarbonate

* cook for an hour or so

* Cool down everything

* put chickpeas tahini salt + lemon into food processor
