  • 140g mehl
  • 60g dinkel vollkornmehl
  • 60ml olivenöl
  • 550g shallots
  • 250g tomatoes

Directions

Mehl vermengen, 1 bit salt

Add olive oil , 80ml water

In foil and fridge

Half shallots , 3mm slices. Fry in olive oil

Then salt pepper and maybe water. Add thymian.

Leave cooking for 25min

Slice tomatoes

Round Form with backing paper, cover with olive oil

Add dough, taste shallots and add, then cover with tomatoes , more thymes , salt pepper

35Min on 200 celsius in the oven
